2022 Tour Championship: Best Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions
Seemingly as soon as it started, the 2022 PGA Tour season is coming to an end, as the Tour Championship gets underway on Thursday outside of Atlanta. Hosted by East Lakes Golf Course for the eighth straight season, most players in the field have experience here, leaving plenty of data and past experiences to go off of.
Letâs take a closer look at how things might shake out.

Leg #1. Xander Schauffele - Top 5 (Without Starting Strokes) (+160)
A clear +.7 in True Strokes Gained ahead of the next player in the field, no player has shown more dominance over this course than Schauffele. Over the past five years, Schauffele has five straight top-five finishes, including an outright win in 2017.
Though heâll start day #4 at 6-under par, Iâm taking Schauffele to finish in the top five even without the starting strokes, as heâs getting hot at the right time and has a great chance to compete to be the winner of this event.
Leg #2. Tony Finau â Top 10 (Without Starting Strokes) (-110)
Playing in this event every season since 2017, Finau will have plenty of course history to draw in, a history that also features two top 10 performances. Now playing the best golf of his career, Finau recently did the near impossible in winning two straight events in the 3M Open and Rocket Mortgage Classic to close out July.
Part of a run that included six straight top 30s, a 77 on Thursday of the BMW Championship was the only thing that stopped him from four straight top 5s, as he still recovered to shoot -4 on the week with three straight days under 69.
One of the best tee-to-green players in the world, Finau has all the tools in his arsenal to compete this week, and I love the idea of him going low this week, especially without the starting strokes involved.
Leg #3. Scottie Scheffler â Winner (With Starting Strokes) (+240)
Starting the week at -10, Scheffler has earned his place atop the FedEx Cup standings after a historic season that seemingly came out of nowhere for many. Largely under the radar when the season began as a fringe PGA Tour player yet to win an event, Scheffler exploded onto the season with 17 top 25s, 10 top 10s, eight top fives, and four outright wins.
After missing the cut at the FedEx St. Jude, Scheffler got back on track last week with a T3 at the BMW Championship to confirm his spot atop the FedEx Cup, as well as the Office World Golf Rankings. Top 10 in the world in SG: Approach and SG: Tee-to-Green, expect Scheffler to slam the door shut this weekend at East Lake.
