Joaquin Niemann British Open Course History

Niemann will be playing in his fifth Open Championship. It’s been an odyssey for the Chilean star, who missed the cut in two of his previous four appearances while stumbling to finishes of 53rd and 59th in the other two. His first Open Championship was in 2019, so he will be making his first-ever tournament appearance at Royal Troon.

The 25-year-old is still rounding into form, and he has shown well in his two appearances in majors this season. Niemann was 39th at the PGA Championship at Valhalla and turned in a 22nd-place finish at The Masters.
