Best 2024 WNBA Player Specials Futures

Sabrina Ionescu to Average 6+ Rebounds Per Game (+155)

Ionescu enters her fifth year in the league. She took a small step back in 2023 from her best season in 2022, and the Liberty are lacking depth on their roster heading into this season. Across 36 games last year, Ionescu averaged 5.6 rebounds per game, and she has a career rate of 6.1. The 26-year-old guard should continue to see north of 30 minutes per game, and there is a good chance this number will slide back up to her career rate, pushing us across this magic number.

Kelsey Plum to Average 20+ Points Per Game (+200)

Two years ago, Plum averaged 20.2 points per game before falling to 18.7 in 2023. However, with Candace Parker’s departure, the 29-year-old could see a slight uptick in minutes (she averaged 32.4 last year) and usage. What is particularly intriguing about Plum is her outstanding free-throw shooting. She averaged 3.8 attempts and 3.5 makes per game for a sparkly 91.2 percent rate. Plum also has had an effective FG percentage of exactly .566 each of the last two years. One extra three per game pushes us to a nice payday.

Alyssa Thomas To Average 10+ Rebounds Per Game (+490)

According to Just Women’s Sports, there have been 31 triple-doubles in WNBA history, which spans 27 seasons. Only 14 total players have accomplished the feat. And beyond that, Connecticut Sun forward Alyssa Thomas has 11 of them. She averaged 9.9 rebounds per game last season and ranked eighth in the WNBA in defensive rebound percentage at 26. At +490, this is worth a sprinkle that she will add that 0.1 rebound to her average in 2024.
