It’s Masters week, arguably the best week of the year for fans of professional golf. The Masters is a rite of spring and the unofficial start of golf season in America.
The best players in the game will take on what many regard as the best and most gorgeous golf course in the world, Augusta National. But Augusta is a treacherous beauty that challenges players with lightning-fast greens, severe elevation changes, narrow passages between trees, and scorecard-wrecking water hazards and bunkers.
Can the No. 1 player in the world, Scottie Scheffler, win his third Green Jacket in four years? Is this finally Rory McIlroy's year? Or will a young star such as Ludvig Aberg or Collin Morikawa prevail at Augusta? And let's not forget about the LIV Tour players. Jon Rahm, Patrick Reed and Sergio Garcia are among the LIV players who have won The Masters before. Maybe it's Bryson DeChambeau's turn this year.
Welcome to the fourth annual BettingPros Guide to The Masters. We’re going to examine the many wagering opportunities this tournament presents, taking a closer look at the players contending for the coveted Green Jacket. Which players provide betting value and which are bad bets? Read on for our 2025 Masters predictions for Cameron Young.
2025 Masters Odds, Picks & Predictions: Cameron Young
Stats to Know
- DraftKings Odds to Win: +20000

- Last three Masters finishes: MC, 7, 9
- Last four tournament finishes: MC, 61, MC, 18
Course History
Cameron Young missed the cut at the Masters in 2022. Since that performance, he's been much greatly improved, carding T-7th in 2023 and T-9th in 2024. Young did not break 70 in any round in 2024 despite recording a top-10 finish.
Recent Form
It's been a frustrating 2025 for Young on the PGA Tour. He's missed the cut five times while also going 72 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and recording a t-61st finish at THE PLAYERS Championship. A t-18th at the Valero Texas Open was a solid bounce-back effort. Young ranks 19th in driving distance and 34th in putting average.
Betting Outlook: 2025 Masters Predictions
It's tempting to back Young at a good price in top finishing position markets at the Masters this week. His driver and putter are his primary weapons, while irons continue to haunt Young's overall game.
Oddsmakers are bearish on Young to win outright at +20000 odds. He's +130 for a top-40 finish, though, which I can't pass up based on previous finishes at Augusta National. Let's bet half a unit on Young to record a top-40 finish at plus-odds.
