2025 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Parlay Picks & Predictions

There are plenty of markets for people to bet on and combine into Sweet 16 parlays. Yes, there is more risk involved with parlays, but every time you hear about someone hitting an eight-leg parlay and turning $5 into $100,000, don't you wonder, "Why not me?" With that in mind, we have created our best Sweet 16 parlay betting card.
Now, I'm not saying these Sweet 16 parlays will win you thousands of dollars off a $5 stake. But they are worth taking a look at before the action gets underway later in the week.

Parlay No. 1: If You're a Big Fan of the SEC
- Leg 1: Alabama -5.5 (-105)
- Leg 2: Florida -6.5 (-105)
Alabama and BYU will want to keep the game moving. They like to run the court, spread things open and create gaps in opposing defenses - and they’re both pretty good at it. However, while BYU will likely put up a fight, the Crimson Tide will roll and take this one by 8-12 points.
Maryland crushed Grand Canyon, like they should, but needed a buzzer-beater vs. Colorado State and got lucky in the end. Florida, however, is going to be a big step up in competition. They were not at their best in the win over UConn, but they'll be up to the task versus the Terrapins.
A $100 wager will result in a $381 payday - your stake ($100) plus $281 in winnings.
Parlay Odds: +281
Parlay No. 2: If You're a Big Fan of the SEC Part II
- Leg 1: Ole Miss Moneyline (+150)
- Leg 2: Tennessee -4.5 (-105)
- Leg 3: Auburn 9.5 (-102)
Ole Miss is a prime example of what can happen when a team starts playing its best basketball when it matters most. They were underdogs against North Carolina (won by seven) and Iowa State (won by 13). They are the underdog in this game.
If Michigan State had handled New Mexico like they were expected to, I'd lean towards the Spartans. But they needed a late rally to take the lead and win that one. They will not get the chance versus Ole Miss.
Kentucky defeated Tennessee twice during the regular season, making the Wildcats’ Moneyline look like an obvious play. But at this stage of the NCAA Tournament, it's hard to advance without playing defense, and Kentucky does not (No. 308 in the country in points allowed).
I love how both teams have played, but I think Tennessee is playing better right now.
As for Michigan-Auburn, the Tigers were the No. 1 team in the nation for eight weeks. They've looked more like that team in the first two rounds than the one that lost a late-season game to Texas A&M and Tennessee (SEC tournament). Michigan benefited from Texas A&M's sloppy play in the second half.
Auburn, however, will not foul nearly as much as the Aggies did, turn the ball over much or give the Wolverines many (if any) opportunities for second-chance points.
A $100 wager will result in a $966 payday - your stake plus $866 in winnings.
Parlay Odds: +866
Parlay No. 3: For Over/Under Fans
- Leg 1: Alabama-BYU Over 174.5 Points (-115)
- Leg 2: Houston-Purdue Under 132.5 Points (-105)
Alabama does not like to lay defense; neither does BYU. The Crimson Tide has the No. 1 scoring offense in the country. BYU's defense will not be up to the task of stopping them, and they'll certainly put up some points on Alabama.
Since December 7th, Houston has been almost flawless, winning 26 out of 27 games with the only loss by a single point in overtime. The Cougars have the No. 1 defense in the country and have been playing well in the NCAA Tournament. Purdue, like Houston, will not push the pace of play, keeping the score low.
Parlay Odds: +276
