The Ball Hogs went super quiet in last week’s showdown against Bivouac. They had the lead at the break but scored just seven points in the second half to fall top 2-3 on the season. Leandro Barbosa has done an excellent job anchoring the team. He’s added 20 assists and four steals. In addition, he’s drained nine three-pointers. He’s just not getting much help from Jodie Meeks, DaJuan Summers, and Larry Sanders. None of these guys scored more than eight points last time out. They’ll take on the Killer 3’s, now 0-5. If anything, the Killer 3’s were more competitive against the Enemies but still lost 50-41 last weekend. After a 23-point performance, Franklin Session now leads the team in scoring. He was the reason the Killer 3’s were competitive the previous weekend. Before Session got going, in other games, Donte Greene led the team in scoring. But he’s shooting below 30% from the field.
