Top College Football Same Game Parlays: Week 12
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
No. 2 Ohio State vs. Northwestern
- Leg 1: Ohio State -28.5 (-108)
- Leg 2: Will Howard 256+ Passing Yards (-130)
- Leg 3: Carnell Tate 40+ Receiving Yards (-120)
The Buckeyes should be happy to know they don't need to rely on Will Howardâs arm every week. The run game has been the focal point of the last two games against Penn State and Purdue. In the previous two games, they have averaged 176 rushing yards, which is heavily due to how well the offensive line has improved in run blocking.
This is why OSU cannot just look past the Wildcats. Northwestern is 16th in rushing yards allowed (108.1) and 3.1 yards per carry. They have faced two run defenses better than that: Penn State, where they ran for 173 yards, and Nebraska, where they ran for 64 yards. They hope to see the former because they face Indiana, who is first in rushing yards allowed (72.3).
If stopping the run wasn't the only thing Northwestern could do, they would have changed, but they could not stop the pass or score, and Ohio State still has one of the top quarterbacks in the country to rely on.

No. 3 Texas vs. Arkansas
- Leg 1: Texas -12.5 (-110)
- Leg 2: Quinn Ewers 3+ Passing Touchdowns (+105)
- Leg 3: Arkansas Team Total Under 23.5 (-145)
Texas is the No. 3 seed in the playoffs and in line for a first-round bye and a home game if it wins the SEC. Between the games against Georgia and Vanderbilt, you wonder if they have weaknesses. They had trouble moving the ball in the air and on the ground and made mistakes with penalties; in the games against Georgia and Vanderbilt, they had 17 penalties for 186 yards.
They dominated on offense against the Gators, but defensively, they allowed 329 total yards, including 197 on the ground.
Arkansas will move the ball through the run. They are 32nd in rushing yards per game (191.2). They are getting JaâQuinden Jackson back, and now, his tandem with quarterback Taylen Green will be in full force.
The question becomes, can they contain the Longhornsâ offense? The Razorbacks are getting smashed by the pass, allowing 266.2 yards per game (124th). When you look at teams with similar quarterback talents, like LSU, which scored 34, and Ole Miss, which scored 63, you see that Texas can go vertical and keep Arkansas one-dimensional.
