No. 4 Ohio State vs. No. 3 Penn State
- Leg 1: Ohio State Moneyline (-162)
- Leg 2: Will Howard 2+ Passing Touchdowns (+100)
- Leg 3: Kaytron Allen 60+ Rushing Yards (-120)
The Big Ten is currently a three-team race, with Penn State, Oregon, and Indiana all undefeated. The worst part is that none of them face each other, so an undefeated team could be left out of the conference championship.
The big story for PSU head coach James Franklin is whether he can win the big one. He's just 3-17 against ranked opponents and is 1-9 against Ohio State. They are dealing with some injuries: right tackle Anthony Donkey, defensive end Dani Dennis-Sutton, and most importantly, quarterback Drew Allar. All are expected to play, but how healthy they are is uncertain.
They have the defense to contain even the best opponents. They are eighth in points allowed per game (14.2) and have a great pass rush with 46 tackles for a loss and 14 sacks.
Ohio State escaped with a win last week, and we do mean escape. Nebraska had as many chances as possible to get the road upset, but true freshman Dylan Raiola and company made a few too many mistakes and couldn't get it done.
Will Howard threw for three touchdowns and had 326 passing yards against Oregon and four touchdowns against Iowa, so a defense like Penn State doesn't scare him.
Even if their offense doesn't play well, their defense is on par with PSU. They are fourth in points allowed per game (11.4), and their 20 sacks are the tenth most.

No. 1 Oregon vs. Michigan
- Leg 1: Oregon -14.5 (-108)
- Leg 2: Dillion Gabriel 273+ Passing Yards (-115)
- Leg 3: Tez Johnson 90+ Receiving Yards (-135)
The Ducks will pay attention to that game because it could make their path to the Big Ten championship much easier. Their skills alone could get them there because they are one of the more complete football teams in the country.
The offense comes in scoring 31+ points seven straight, and much of that rests on the shoulders of quarterback Dillion Gabriel. In his sixth CFB season, he can win the Heisman as he currently holds the odds in most books and is fifth in passer efficiency rating.
They can also play defense by allowing the tenth-fewest points in the league (15.6).
How the team plays doesn't matter; facing Michigan in The Big House is always tough. Last year, we would mark this game on our calendars, but this isn't the same team. The lack of a passing game impacts everything. Kalel Mullings and Donovan Edwards are a great running back duo, but they are hindered when a defense knows it's a run play. Their time of possession has dropped from 32 minutes per game to 30, and it might seem small, but over time, those extra plays add up.
