LSU vs. South Carolina Same Game Parlay Picks

  • Leg 1: South Carolina +6.5 (-108)
  • Leg 2: Kyren Lacy Anytime Touchdown (-135)
  • Leg 3: LaNoris Sellers 180+ Passing Yards (-115)

South Carolina went to Lexington last week and manhandled the Wildcats. Neither team was ranked, but you could certainly call that an upset because the Gamecocks were a two-score underdog.

The defense had a stellar performance with five sacks and 183 total yards allowed. We’re not ready to call them a defensive powerhouse yet because they did give up 19 points to Old Dominion. This could be an example of how bad Kentucky is.

The offense is already showing that it isn't good. The offensive line, which gave up 41 sacks last season, is in mid-season form, as they've allowed seven so far. This has not helped LaNorris Sellers, who is averaging 140 passing yards, and their big acquisition through the transfer portal, Raheim Sanders, has just 3.8 yards per carry.

The best thing LSU can do is push forward from the loss against USC and focus on winning the SEC. They started by taking out their frustrations and dropping 44 on Nicholls. Garrett Nussmeier has waited a long time for this opportunity to be the Tigers' starter and has taken advantage of it. He leads the country with eight touchdowns and has an astonishing 75% completion rate.

The bad part is that they allowed 21 points to Nicholls. The defense also could not make the big stops at the end of USC, which could be a trend throughout the season.

We could highlight this game as an upset watch, but LSU could pull it off by less than a touchdown.

Notre Dame vs. Purdue Same Game Parlay Picks

  • Leg 1: Under 47 (-108)
  • Leg 2: Jeremiyah Love 78+ Rushing Yards (-115)
  • Leg 3: Total Touchdowns Under 5.5 (-125)

There's only one thing Notre Dame can do after suffering a bad loss like last week: move on. There's nothing more embarrassing than paying a group of five program to come to your house just to step all over your furniture and break all your valuables. The problem with being an independent program is you may not have the best schedule, and currently, they only have two more ranked opponents.

Marcus Freeman knows how to put together a defense, and that has never been the problem, but they could be unsuccessful again in making the Irish a formidable offense.

It didn't work with Sam Hartman last year, and Riley Leonard has yet to throw for over 200 yards or score a passing touchdown. He and Jeremiah Love will likely try to move this offense on the ground.

We can't judge Purdue off one game, especially when it's against Indiana State. There are still questions on offense. Hudson Card didn’t have a great 2023 with 2,387 with a 15/8 TD/INT ratio. Devin Mockobee will be the feature back, and with Tyrone Tracy in the NFL, he might get an even heavier share of the carriers.

That defense must carry if they want to win in this all-new Big Ten. Cole Brevard and Kydran Jenkins will provide a lot of strength up front, while Dillon Thieneman and a group of transfers need to hold down the secondary.

This could be another tough game if Notre Dame can't score because Purdue will be able to defensively keep up.
