College Football Week 9 Same Game Parlays Picks & Predictions: Wake Forest vs. Louisville
#10 Wake Forest vs. Louisville
- Leg 1: Wake Forest -3.5 (-110)
- Leg 2: Sam Hartman over 298.5 passing yards (-114)
- Leg 3: A.T. Perry over 81. 5 receding yards (-114)
Wake Forest needs to be discussed more than they are right now. They're coming into today at No. 10 in the country, and their only loss is to No. 4 Clemson in overtime. Tennesse's Hendon Hooker is the veteran quarterback that's getting all Heisman attention. Still, Hartman is just two positions behind in passing yards, four in passer efficiency, and has three more passing touchdowns, all of which are top ten.
Malik Cunningham is a special player; when he has the ball, he's a drop-everything-you-'re-doing-and-watch-him type of player. Last year he obliterated the Wake Forest secondary with 309 passing yards on just 19 completions. The Demon Deacons had a ton of injuries on defense last season; Cunningham will have a good stat line but not 16.2 yards per completion.
From a pure matchup standpoint, the Cardinals are facing by far their best offensive opponents this year, and Hartman is well-above any quarterback they've seen. No one has been able to stop the Wake Forest offense, and itâs not starting with Louisville.
