Cowboys vs. Buccaneers NFL Wild Card Picks & Predictions
In yet another regular season rematch, the Bucs will host the Cowboys for the finale of wildcard weekend. Tampa has been a bettor’s worst enemy this season (4-12-1 ATS), though there is much appeal in backing them on Monday night.
Since the year 2000, there have been nine teams to make the playoffs with a non-winning record– these teams are 6-3 SU, and 8-1 ATS in the wildcard round. Additionally, Tampa has already beaten Dallas once this season, handing the Cowboys their lone home loss back in Week 1. Too, Dallas has not been so stout on the road this year (4-4 SU), and QB Dak Prescott has been less than stellar in the postseason (0-4 ATS).
The Bucs may have stumbled their way into the playoffs, but we can’t pass up the opportunity to back Tom Brady as a home underdog– especially vs an unproven Dallas team.
