Medvedev is looking to improve his career-best fourth-round finish in his last appearance in 2021. Medvedev has won a tour-leading five titles and is the favorite to win his quarter at +275 odds. Per BetMGM, Medvedev has the third-highest ticket percentage and handle percentage to win Wimbledon, behind Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz.
