Florida Atlantic vs. Memphis: NCAA Tournament Same Game Parlay Picks (3/17)
It is the all-exciting, mostly unpredictable 8 vs. 9 matchup. Memphis comes in on a high note by finally grabbing a win against Houston to claim the AAC title, while Florida Atlantic won the Conference USA tournament to get the automatic bid. Letâs see how this clash between two mid-majors will go.

March Madness First Round Same Game Parlay Bets
Florida Atlantic vs. Memphis
All Odds via FanDuel
Leg 1: Under 152.5 Game Total (-105)
Both teams are offensive proficient, and we should see a higher-scoring game. These two combine for 158.6 points per game, which makes you think they take the over, but that's not the case. Both teams' total average was under 153, scoring 16.1 points better than their opponent. This total was set too high, so roll with the under.
Leg 2: Under 76.5 FAU Team Total (-116)
Memphis likes to play fast, but the Owls will always have fresh and capable legs to keep up. They have one of the deeper and best-scoring benches in the country, so whatever lineup is on the floor, they can stay competitive.
FAU F Vladislav Goldin poses a threat in the paint, but he gets foul trouble a lot, luckily, they have Johnell Davis and Alijah Martin in the backcourt, who can drive the lane and are perimeter sharpshooters.
Where FAU has an advantage and will help them grab this win is Memphis' inability to protect the ball averaging over 13 turnovers, while FAU is forcing nearly 13. Winning the turnover margin is the key.
Do the Owls have the ability to win this game? Definitely. Although Memphis has shown resilience throughout the season to pull off the win. Rolling with the spread is not a great way to attack this game. As mentioned, I like the under game total, so going with the under FAU team total is another smart move.
Leg 3: Johnell Davis Over 14.5 Points (-125)
Although I donât like the high game total, I believe one key player could make a mark. If FAU goes far, Johnell Davis could be a name we often hear about during this tournament. He's explosive to the lane and shoots 50% from the floor. He comes in going over this total in four out of the last five, and he led the team in points in two of the three games in the C-USA tournament.
