San Francisco 49ers vs. Kansas City Chiefs (Super Bowl LVIII)

With the Chiefs being the underdog, the game script will set up well for this leg. Assuming the Chiefs will play from behind or need a late drive to win this game, Travis Kelce becomes Mahomes’ No. 1 target.

Many defenses have tried to stop Kelce, but few have succeeded, especially in the playoffs. Kelce has 12 straight games with 70 or more receiving yards, including 116 against Baltimore two weeks ago.

While Fred Warner is one of the best linebackers in the game, San Francisco plays a lot of heavy zone on defense, which is good news for the Chiefs’ offense.

San Francisco plays Cover 2 defense at the 10th-highest rate in the league, while the Chiefs are No. 1 in Success Rate going against Cover 2. No one is better at finding holes in zone coverage than Kelce; look for Mahomes and Kelce to take advantage of this throughout the game.

Bet: Travis Kelce 80+ Receiving Yards (+135)

Washington Wizards @ Boston Celtics

The Wizards’ season has really gone off the rails. Whether on the offensive or the defensive side, they really haven’t been able to figure it out. They’ll go against a Boston team tonight whose sights are set squarely on an NBA title. Boston has been an excellent team when it comes to First Baskets, and one player in particular continues to thrive.

Jaylen Brown leads all of the Celtics starters with 15 first-team scores this season. This is a pretty impressive number, considering he has only 47 starts this year. Eleven times, these first-team scores resulted in the first score of the game.

With the Wizards moving Daniel Gafford at the deadline, they took a blow on their frontcourt defense. Brown should have no issue scoring against any of the forwards in Washington, and I like him to secure his 12th First Basket of the season.

Bet: Jaylen Brown First-Basket Scorer (+460)

Premier League Best Bets

West Ham @ Arsenal

Arsenal’s coming off of a dominant 3-1 home win against Liverpool last time out. They’ll take on West Ham next, who currently reside in seventh place with a record of 10-6-7 (36 points). These London foes square off on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. ET from London Stadium in London, England.

The Irons have been a thorn in the side of Arsenal this year, already beating them twice across the Carabao Cup (3-1 on Nov. 1) and in the Premier League (2-0 on Dec. 28). While we saw the first meeting get a little loose, I’m not expecting as much scoring this time around. I will take a shot with the plus-money payout on the under 2.5 goals.

David Moyes’ club has been extremely stingy at home this season, conceding only 11 goals over 11 matches (1.0 GA/G). They also come in at seventh overall in the league, where they’ve allowed just 36 goals this season (1.6 GA/G). Conversely, the Gunners are dialed in defensively, boasting the league’s best defense. They’re tied with Liverpool, where they’ve each allowed just 22 goals over 23 matches (0.96 GA/G).

I think we see this matchup end in a 1-1 draw or perhaps an even lower score. Give me the under in London on Sunday morning.

Bet: Under 2.5 (+120)
