MLB Betting Systems Odds & Picks: Tuesday (9/24)

There are 15 games on the MLB schedule today. But don’t get used to it.

The playoffs will be here by the end of the weekend!

That said, I’m still ready to attack this massive slate and see a ton of value in our betting systems page.

Tuesday’s Best MLB Betting System Plays

Here are our top plays of the day from the popular MLB betting systems at BettingPros.

Under Cold Streak

  • +106.37 units over the last year

The Under Cold Streak system has added an 11.3% ROI in a year. It’s also hit nearly 71% of the time and has added more than 106 units of profit on 944 wagers.

This specific system examines the Under for hits market and only adds wagers for players with a cost of -250 to +130.

Here are the other system criteria:

  • This Season Over Percentage: Less than 80%
  • Last 5 Games: Over in 0 to 1
  • Last 10 Games: Over in 0 to 1
  • Last 15 Games: Over in 0 to 3
  • Last 20 Games: Over in 0 to 4

I’m eying Garrett Hampson in this system tonight. Hampson should end up batting 9th for the Royals tonight. He’s hit a .067 ISO and wOBA of .208 with 41.2% of strikeouts against lefties over the last 30 days.

Meanwhile, he’ll face Mitchell Parker, who has held his last 88 righties to 24.2% of fly balls and has only allowed a .156 ISO. He’ll likely have no problems shutting down a struggling Hampson.

  • Garrett Hampson Under .5 Hits (+100)

Pitcher Ks Home Overs

  • +15.84 units over the last year

Over the last year, the Pitcher Ks Home Overs have added a 7.5% ROI on 212 bats. It’s added a 57.5% win percentage and a profit of nearly 16 units on 212 units wagered.

It’s not as simple as wagering on pitchers who are home. Here’s what the criteria look like:

  • Game Spread: Favorite
  • Cost: -150 to +250
  • This Season Over Percentage: At least 30%
  • Last 5 Games: Over in 3 to 5
  • Last 10 Games: Over in 5 to 10
  • Last 15 Games: Over in 8 to 15
  • Game Location: Home

Tonight, there are two upcoming bets in this system. I like Bailey Ober to add at least seven strikeouts at +100. Ober has earned 31% of strikeouts over the last 30 days and added 31.2% against lefties and 30.8% against righties. He’s also held his previous 113 batters to a .286 wOBA and has earned nearly 15% of swinging strikes.

Meanwhile, he’ll face a Marlins lineup that has struck out nearly 21% of the time combined.

  • Bailey Ober Over 6.5 Ks (+100)

No Bases Allowed

  • +141.06 units over the last year

The No Bases Allowed system has earned a 13.8% ROI on 1023 wagers this season. It ultimately looks at batters going Under their total bases line at -160 to +600. Additionally, that player must have hit his prop less than 45% of the time and have been struggling over the last 20 games.

Adam Duvall is a bet that makes sense. He’s a right-handed hitter who has added a .000 ISO and wOBA of .235 against his last six righties.

Meanwhile, Luis Severino has held his last 49 righties to a .130 ISO and wOBA of .235 with nearly 39% of strikeouts. Duvall doesn’t stand much of a chance tonight.

  • Adam Duvall Under  1.5 Total Bases (-137)
