Randy Arozarena to Record 2+ Hits (+195)

The Rays have been incredible with the bats and on the mound, as they are 9-0 on the season. The lineup was stellar against Oakland over the weekend, scoring 31 runs in three games. They had great pitching from beginning to end and haven't allowed a run in their last 18 innings.

They'll take on the Red Sox tonight. Boston’s pitching staff is already struggling this year, as it is 25th in ERA. Nick Pivetta will get the start after taking the loss in his first start, as he allowed two home runs to the Pirates. Arozarena has a great history against Pivetta, batting .357 with two doubles and a home run.

Dylan Cease OVER 7.5 Strikeouts (+102)

The White Sox have not started the season as hoped and come in just 4-6. They're proving to have one of the better lineups early on, batting .287 and scoring 5.2 runs per game. However, the pitching has been a serious problem, with a 6.80 ERA.

Cease was in the Cy Young talks all throughout last season, and he's carried that over into this year with a 1.59 ERA and a 0.72 WHIP over his first two starts. He's always good for a double-digit strikeout per nine rate and has a great history against this Twins lineup with a 35-percent strikeout rate. 

Paul Goldschmidt to Record 3+ Total Bases (+145)

The Cardinals are on a tough run, losing five of their last six. They have a great lineup, especially with Goldschmidt and Nolan Arenado. The bats went cold during this recent run, though.

Goldschmidt started the season scorching, batting .500 through the first three games, but now he has just three hits in his last 17 at-bats. Tonight will be an excellent opportunity to get back on track against German Marquez and the Rockies. Goldy has had plenty of success against Marquez, batting .425 with four home runs and 10 RBI in 40 at-bats.
