Summer is officially here, and the MLB landscape is heating up. Let's look at some players that could make an impact tonight.

Kyle Tucker Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
The Astros and Rangers are locked into a Texas-sized battle for first place in the American League West, with the Rangers holding a four-game lead. Today is a big game for the Astros because if they win, they get the 3-1 series win and gain a couple of games in the standings.
Kyle Tucker has a hit in each game of this series and a nine-game hitting streak overall. He'll go against Martin Perez, whom he has success against, going 8 for 19 with two doubles and striking out just once.
Tyler Wells Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-120)
The Yankees need to gain some ground in the AL East standings, and winning this series against Baltimore would be a good start. Their last road trip ended badly as they lost the series to the last-place Cardinals.
They'll face Baltimore's Tyler Wells, who's had success against this Yankees lineup with a lifetime batting average of .183 and nearly a 30% strikeout rate.
Tommy Edman Over 1.5 Hits/Runs/RBI (+105)
The Cardinals have fared much better towards the end of June and into July, as they've currently won seven of their last 11 games. They will start a series in Miami going against the Marlins, who were brutally swept by the Braves and outscored by 22 runs.
It's been a tough season for Tommy Edman, and his 2023 stat line is under his career totals. However, he did have a great weekend against the Yankees, going 5 for 11, and now sees Braxton Garrett, who has three hits in six at-bats, including two doubles.
