Top 3 MLB Player Prop Bets Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (9/25)
We're fresh off of a 7-1 betting day yesterday, with our No Runs First Inning (NRFI) plays going 3-0 (+2.36 units) and our player props going 4-1 (+3.14 units). Let's stay hot and close out the weekend in the green. We have a stacked Sunday in sports with a 15-game MLB slate to go along with a 14-game NFL schedule. My focus is still on Major League Baseball, and I've narrowed in on these three-player props for today's MLB action.

Dansby Swanson O/U 1.5 Total Bases
The Braves try to salvage a series split this afternoon as they send Charlie Morton to the bump. The Phillies counter with Kyle Gibson in this divisional clash set for 1:05 p.m. ET from Citizens Bank Park.
Gibson has been pretty mediocre this season and comes in at 10-7 with a 4.71 ERA (44th) and 1.31 WHIP (39th). Most recently, he was torched for seven earned runs on 12 hits and a walk over 5.0 innings against the Blue Jays. He was tagged with the loss in the 18-11 slugfest, and Philly is now 1-3 over his last three starts.
I'm eying a couple of head-to-head matchups in this game, and one of them is Dansby Swanson vs. the veteran righty. Swanson's 6-8 (.750) against him with a double and just one strikeout. The star infielder is hitting .279 (32nd) with 21 home runs (49th) and an OPS of .771 (64th). Let's lock in his over on 1.5 total bases.
Bet: Dansby Swanson Over 1.5 Total Bases (-110 via DraftKings)
Matt Olson O/U 1.5 Total Bases
Moving down the lineup, I'm also going to take a shot with the over on Matt Olson's total bases. The slugger comes into today's game at .233 (121st) with 28 long balls (23rd) and an OPS of .769 (67th). He's owned Gibson in his career, going 9-21 (.429) against him with four big flies and a double. That equates to a 1.048 slugging percentage and 1.526 OPS. Olson should be chomping at the bit to get into the batter's box this afternoon.
Bet: Matt Olson Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115 via DraftKings)
Trea Turner O/U 1.5 Total Bases
The Dodgers bounced back last night with a 6-2 win over the visiting Cardinals. Today's rubber match is slated for 4:10 p.m ET with a pitching matchup featuring Adam Wainwright and Michael Grove.
Waino's putting together a decent season overall, and he enters today's game at 11-10 with a 3.38 ERA and 1.24 WHIP. However, he hasn't had his best stuff recently, as he's posted a 5.57 ERA over four starts this month. The veteran righty has given up 32 hits over 21.0 innings pitched in September.
As for the head-to-head stats, Los Angeles has gone 24-94 (.255) against Wainwright in his career. I like the matchup with Trea Turner here, and I'm going to take the over on his total bases. He's having a great season, hitting .299 (12th) with 20 bombs (61st) and an OPS of .816 (30th). In his career against Wainwright, Turner has gone 6-17 (.353) against him with a pair of doubles.
Bet: Trea Turner Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100 via DraftKings)
