Top 5 MLB Player Prop Bets: Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (9/14)
We are back again with another iteration of my favorite prop bets of the day. With a fairly full slate of games, there are lots of different plays to dive into. So let’s do just that and see which props we like the most.

Austin Riley TB o1.5 (+120)
Riley is facing left-hander Carlos Rodon, and he has absolutely mashed left-handed pitching. He has a wRC+ of 220 and an ISO of .394. His elite power and left-handed mashing make this a good bet at plus money.
Anthony Santander o0.5 HR (+320)
Santander and the Orioles are facing lefty Patrick Corbin today. While not as prolific as Riley, Santander has a wRC+ of 159 and an ISO over 200 against lefties this season. He is the best bet to go yard against the much-maligned Corbin.
Luis Castillo o2.5 BB (+140)
Castillo is one of the best arms in the game but, at the same time, is prone to bouts of walks. The Padres, in the last 30 days, have a walk rate of over 10%. This is a perfect storm for a big walk total.
Cleveland Guardians Team Total u3.5 (+100)
As I have used in a few of my NRFI bets, the Cleveland Guardians have one of the worst offenses in baseball against left-handed pitching, and today will be facing Patrick Sandoval. Sandoval has been great at run prevention, and I believe he should be able to continue that success today.
Brandon Nimmo 01.5 TB (+125)
While Nimmo hits left-handed, he has a wRC+ of 128 against same-handed pitching. With his speed and aggressiveness on the bases, while he does not possess a ton of HR pop, he hits lots of doubles and triples.
