The Astros are coming off an abysmal offensive performance, where they managed just seven base runners and zero extra-base hits. This veteran team has been in this series seven straight times, so they know how to handle this situation. One of those players who has played in all of these is Jose Altuve, who went hitless in Game 1. Tonight, he has to be excited about his matchup against Nathan Eovaldi, who he’s 11-for-38 against with two doubles and five home runs.
Christian Walker 2+ Total Bases (-140)
The Diamondbacks haven’t been here since 2007, as they face the Phillies, who are trying to get to consecutive World Series. Arizona has beaten two division winners to get here, and their offense has been a big reason. Christian Walker has a hit in three of five games in the playoffs, each with multiple total bases. He faces Zack Wheeler in Game 1, whom he’s had success against, going 9-for-17 with three doubles and a home run.
