MLB Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Monday (6/19)

I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day Weekend!

We’re back on the grind, looking for some profit to start the new week. I’ve got two same-game parlays that I’ll be attacking on the board tonight. Let’s hit at least one.

Monday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlay Bets

Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Miami Marlins

The Marlins will send out Bryan Hoeing against the Blue Jays. Hoeing has thrown to 44 batters in the last month, allowing righties to hit a .222 ISO and wOBA of .372. He’s also struck out fewer than 20% of righties in the last 30 days and has given up 27.3% of line drives with 50% of hard contact against righties in the last 30 days.

Meanwhile, the Blue Jays’ projected lineup has collectively hit a .224 ISO and wOBA of .352 against righties. Bo Bichette has hit a .192 ISO and wOBA of .350 against his last 104 righties. He’s also struck out 19.2% of the time in those at-bats. Whit Merrifield also has a .378 wOBA and has struck out only 12.2% of the time against righties in the last month.

Finally, George Springer has slugged a .267 ISO and wOBA of .428 against his last 99 righties. He’s also struck out only 14.1% of the time.

All three of these Blue Jays hitters are righties with low strikeout numbers and high wOBA numbers. They’ll get the job done against Hoeing tonight.

Parlay Odds: +516

Colorado Rockies vs. Cincinnati Reds

The Cincinnati Reds will face left-hander Austin Gomber tonight. Gomber has allowed a .287 ISO and wOBA of .433 to his last 103 batters faced. He’s struggled against both sides of the plate and has even allowed a wOBA of .400 to all batters faced this season.

Meanwhile, the Reds have been red-hot at the plate. It starts with Kevin Newman, who has smacked a .217 ISO with a wOBA of .477 against lefties in his last 28 plate appearances. Newman has struck out only 14.3% of the time against lefties, so there’s a high probability he puts the ball in play multiple times in the lead-0ff spot tonight.

Matt McLain has also hit a .303 ISO and wOBA of .470 against lefties in the last 30 days. He’s been one of the key contributors for the Reds’ turnaround this season.

Lastly, fellow rookie Spencer Steer hit a .400 ISO and wOBA of .448 against his last 32 lefties. He’s struck out only 15.6% of the time against lefties and is another major threat against Gomber.

Parlay Odds: +527
