We’ve got tons of new matchups to look out for in tonight’s MLB slate. There are a couple of day games and plenty of night games to break down.
I’ve found two games where I like multiple things to happen, so I put together a couple of same-game parlays for those matchups. Let’s get right to it!
Monday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlay Bets

Cincinnati Reds vs. Washington Nationals
- Leg 1: Lane Thomas Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
- Leg 2: Matt McLain Over 1.5 Total Bases (-135)
- Leg 3: Elly De La Cruz Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115)
This is a matchup I’m looking to exploit, with Luke Weaver facing Jake Irvin in tonight’s game. Although the weather isn’t appealing, I’m still counting on some of these hitters.
Lane Thomas is hitting a .242 ISO and wOBA of .366 over the last 30 days against righties. He’ll face Weaver, who has allowed a .268 ISO and wOBA of .423 to the previous 63 righties.
Meanwhile, Jake Irvin has been better against righties. He’s held them to a .086 ISO and wOBA of .304. But how long will that last? Irvin has induced only 36.7% of ground balls and has given up 33.3% of fly balls with 20% of line drives. He’s also struck out only 18.2% of righties.
Matt McLain, a righty, has smacked a .250 ISO and wOBA of .405 against his last 97 righties. He has potential against Irvin. On the other hand, Elly De La Cruz is hitting a .279 ISO and wOBA of .447 against his last 75 righties. He’ll bat from the left side, where Irvin has allowed a .163 ISO and wOBA of .353 throughout the season against lefties.
Parlay Odds: +681
St. Louis Cardinals vs. Miami Marlins
- Leg 1: Braxton Garrett Over 5.5 K’s (+110)
- Leg 2: Miles Mikolas Under 4.5 K’s (-166)
- Leg 3: Jorge Soler Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105)
The Cardinals haven’t struck out at a high rate over the last month against lefties, and they will have a full lineup of right-handed batters against Braxton Garrett.
Garrett has struck out 36.2% of batters over the last 30 days, including 36% of righties. He’s also limited righties to 4% walks, a .056 ISO, and a wOBA of .188 in that time.
St. Louis still has four batters striking out at least 22.7% of the time. The other portion of the lineup has been good at limiting strikeouts. But if he can get through the lineup at least two times and maybe three times, Garrett will have enough targets to earn strikeouts against.
On the flip side, it’ll be Miles Mikolas on the mound for the Cardinals. Mikolas has struck out 8.8% of batters in the last month. He’s also struck out only 6.3% of righties.
Mikolas has also allowed a .362 wOBA against his last 136 batters faced and continues to allow many line drives.
The Marlins don’t have the most exciting offense, but they’ll put the ball in play against Mikolas. That includes Jorge Soler, who is hitting a .250 ISO with a wOBA of .385 over the last month against righties. He’s also struck out only 13.5% of the time against righties in the previous month.
Soler is one of three batters in the lineup who has struck out fewer than 10% of the time against righties in the last month.
