Atlanta Braves vs. Kansas City Royals

    • Leg 1: Braves ML (-144)
    • Leg 2: UNDER 8.5 Runs (+100)
    • Leg 3: Bryce Elder 5+ Strikeouts (+118)

The Braves played close games during their sweep of the Reds, but they started the series against the Royals with a bang winning 10-3. The makeup of this team is once again power pitching and hitting as they are second in slugging, five in home runs, and seventh in ERA.

Bryce Elder could be another young star in the rotation because he hasn’t given up a run this season, with 9.5 strikeouts per nine.

This looks good for him as he faces the Royals, who will likely finish as a bottom-tier offense. It’s been a struggle to start the year with the fifth most strikeouts and second-worse batting average.

Kris Bubic is Kansas City’s best starter, but keeping his team in contention with very little run support will be tough.

Baltimore Orioles vs. Chicago White Sox

    • Leg 1: Orioles ML (-118)
    • Leg 2: OVER 9 Runs (-110)
    • Leg 3: Adley Rutschman 2+ total bases (+115)

This could finally be the year we see the Orioles get out of mediocrity. The team has started 8-6, and the offense shows promise early. They’re displaying a balance of power and patience, are fifth in walks, and have the fifth-most home runs.

Kyle Gibson has a 4.50 career ERA, but he’s progressively gotten better throughout the season and is coming into today with back-to-back quality starts.

The White Sox are the same type of team as the O’s – a power-based lineup, but unlike Baltimore, they don’t draw walks.

Michael Kopech is still looking for his first win of the season. His last start against Pittsburgh faired much better, allowing one run on two hits, but the control seems to be an issue as he’s walked three in each start.

Going against a Baltimore lineup that is patient at the plate could hurt him this game.

New York Mets vs. Oakland Athletics

    • Leg 1: Mets -1.5 (-120)
    • Leg 2: OVER 9 Runs (+100)
    • Leg 3: Francisco Lindor 2+ total bases (-130)

It will be a very long year in Oakland because this team is terrible. There are promising hitters like Brent Rooker, Esteury Ruiz, and Shea Langeliers, but the pitching is dreadful. They have an unbelievable 8.37 ERA and 1.77 WHIP, and yesterday they were the first team since 1949 to allow 17 walks.

The Mets clobbered the A’s for 17 runs on Friday, which included Fransisco Lindor hitting a grand slam and having seven RBI. This blueprint of this offense — they are a fantastic contact-hitter team, and they find any way to get on base.

Neither Carlos Carrasco nor Shintaro Fujinami has been good to start the year, but Fujinami’s 2.25 WHIP is scary to think about against a lineup like the Mets have.
