(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
St. Louis Cardinals at New York Mets
- Leg 1: Under 8.5 Total Runs (-122)
- Leg 2: Paul Goldschmidt 2+ Total Bases (+155)
- Leg 3: Lance Lynn Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-138)
The Cardinals have won both games and will look to grab the sweep. The offense has been present throughout this series, and Paul Goldschmidt seems to be getting out of his slump. Lance Lynn gets the ball, and he's been reliable in the rotation with a 2.81 ERA and has allowed three or fewer runs in four of five starts.
The Mets have been inconsistent in this young season. They were great a couple of weeks ago, winning six straight, but they have quickly fallen, losing five of their last six. Jose Quintana just had his worst start of the season, giving up five earned runs in five innings against the Giants.
The Cardinals have been great offensively throughout the series, but we should have the bats be a little quieter.

Houston Astros at Colorado Rockies (Game Played in Mexico City)
- Leg 1: Astros -1.5 (-154)
- Leg 2: Jose Altuve 3+ Total Bases (-115)
- Leg 3: Alex Bregman 3+ Total Bases (+105)
It was no problem for the Astros in the first game of this series in Mexico City as they easily handled the Rockies 12-4. They are still amid another brutal stretch, losing eight of their last ten. The lineup remains phenomenal, and the top half of the rotation is excellent, but the back of the rotation has been unreliable, and they have the fourth-worse bullpen ERA (5.14). Itâs good news that they get Frambler Valdez back from the IL, and it should help that rotation.
It will be another long season for the Rockies, who are already ten games out of first in the National League West. The lineup has some positives, as it is 14th on average (.245), but that's about it, as they have yet to win back-to-back games. After a rough first start, Austin Gomber has gotten much better, with a modest 3.54 ERA.
The problem is he's only gotten four total runs of support in his last three starts, and as we saw in the first game, he may not get much again.

Oakland Athletics at Baltimore Orioles
- Leg 1: Orioles Moneyline (-166)
- Leg 2: Athletics Under 2.5 Total Runs (+180)
- Leg 3: Albert Suarez Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-112)
With the Orioles grabbing the win on Saturday, this ties up the series, and the winner will be determined in this game. The Orioles' bats are alive and well, especially the power, as they lead the league in home runs (41) and are right behind Atlanta in slugging (.456). Albert Suarezâs story is incredible; when he first appeared with the Orioles this year, it had been six years, 204 days since his last MLB appearance in 2017. He's had a great couple of starts and has yet to allow a run in 11.1 innings.
The American League West standings have a few unexpected things, and one of them is that the Athletics aren't in last place. The offense is still bad, as they're last in average (.200), second to last in OBP (.274), and third to last in OPS (.614). The pitching has been far better, with a 4.06 ERA. Peter Blackburn has had a solid season. He went his first three starts without allowing a run, and the A's are 4-1 in his starts.
His first loss was against the Yankees, and now he faces an even better lineup in the Orioles so he could take another L today.
