Monday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlay Bets

Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook

New York Mets vs. Cincinnati Reds

The New York Mets will face off against the Cincinnati Reds in the first game of a three-game series. Luke Weaver will take the hill for Cincinnati. So far, he’s been holding a 4.86 xFIP over the last 30 days.

Weaver has induced only 36.2% of ground balls in the last month and has allowed nearly 45% of hard contact when the ball is put into play.

He’s struggled against lefties and righties. But lefties have had even more success against the right-hander.

Weaver is allowing a .413 wOBA and ISO of .353 to his last 38 lefties faced.

Brandon Nimmo will lead off for the Mets. He’s hitting a .210 ISO and wOBA of .413 against righties over the last month. Jeff McNeil, another lefty, is hitting a .200 ISO with a wOBA of .399 against righties in his last 68 plate appearances against righties.

Lastly, Brett Baty has a .343 wOBA against righties and is hitting 26.9% of line drives against righties in his last 42 plate appearances against righties. Look for the Mets to get back on track offensively tonight.

Parlay Odds: +435

Oakland Athletics vs. New York Yankees

It’ll be Drew Rucinski on the mound for the Athletics tonight. He’s got a 6.18 xFIP over the last 30 days with more walks than strikeouts.

His last 19 lefties faced have hit a .659 wOBA and ISO of .429. The Yankees will have a few lefties in the lineup. But Anthony Rizzo stands out the most. He’s hit a .183 ISO against righties over the last month and has knocked 22% of line drives while hitting under 29% of ground balls against righties in the last 30 days.

Meanwhile, Aaron Judge, a righty, has slugged a .333 ISO and wOBA of .395 against righties over the last 30 days. He’s returning from an injury and should make a huge impact in this Yankees lineup.

On the other hand, Clarke Schmidt is taking the mound for the Yankees. He’s got high strikeouts and low walks. However, he’s giving up plenty of extra-base hits to ruin all that. Lefties have hit a .465 wOBA and ISO of .283 in their last 50 plate appearances. Righties are even hitting a .212 ISO against Schmidt.

So far, J.J. Bleday, a lefty, has hit a .438 ISO and wOBA of .544 against righties over the last 30 days. He’s smacked 38.5% of line drives and has hit under 31% of ground balls. Bleday’s got a lot of potential tonight.

Parlay Odds: +490
