MLB Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (9/13)

A little bit late in posting this one today, but thankfully the first game of the day is at 1:10 p.m. We have a total of fifteen games on the slate and for the first time in a few days no DH. Let’s dive into today’s games to find our favorite SGP bets.

Wednesday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlays

Cleveland Guardians at San Francisco Giants

Guardians ML (+110) and 04.5 Runs (+140)

The Guardians’ offense makes betting on them really, really hard to trust these bets, but their pitching constantly puts them in a great position to win. The Giants have a 90 wRC+ versus southpaws, putting Allen in a good position to help lead Cleveland to victory. Kyle Harrison is also left-handed, and Cleveland is even worse than the Giants versus left-handers, but he does struggle with walks and excels with strikeouts. Cleveland does not swing and miss a ton overall, which could make them a difficult matchup for Harrison and help them put some runs on the board.

Ramon Laureano 2+ TBs (+180)

Laureano has a 115 wRC+ versus lefties this season, which makes this cost a bit insane. He is not a superstar, but he can hit lefties well enough to hit this leg of the bet.

Combined Odds: +475

Texas Rangers at Toronto Blue Jays

Rangers ML (+105) and 04.5 Runs (+140)

The Rangers have been in free fall lately, but they still have a super-talented offense on paper and are facing Yusei Kikuchi, who has been much better this season but is still allowing far too many homers. With the power within the Rangers offense, I believe they will be able to take advantage of those homer issues. Jordan Montgomery has struggled a bit in his time with the Rangers, but he is consistently been one of the steadiest pitchers in baseball in his career. He should keep the Rangers in this game and allow their offense the ability to lead them to victory.

Mitch Garver 2+ TBs (+145)

Garver has been one of the Rangers’ best hitters, and he has been even better when facing lefties. He has a 171 wRC+ versus left-handers, and his power makes him a decent bet for a homer and, at worst, a double.

Combined Odds: +425

Kansas City Royals vs Chicago White Sox

Royals ML (+125) and o4.5 Runs (+125)

The Royals are using an opener in this one and likely following with Alec Marsh, who has some really bad numbers but has shown flashes of interesting skills. He has a ton of strikeout upside with way too many walks and homers. Chicago is last in baseball in BB% and 25th in ISO. They struggle with the exact things that make Marsh struggle, meaning this could be a fantastic matchup for him. The Royals are not a great offense either, and Clevinger has actually been decent this season, but the Royals have shown the ability to pop big offensive days lately as some of their younger hitters have really heated up.

Michael Massey 2+ TBs (+190)

Massey has had a rough season, but one thing he does have is power. He has been decent in the last few weeks with a wRC+ over 100. There are better hitters with shorter odds than this, but let’s chase the big payout.

Combined Odds: +500
