    Wednesday's Best MLB Bets

    Corey Seager +330 / Marcus Semien +550 / Evan Carter +700

Zac Gallen has allowed six home runs in five postseason starts. Of the six home runs allowed, four have been to left-handed hitters.

It’s no secret that Corey Seager will be the World Series MVP if and when the Rangers win this thing. And we may have ourselves a new Mr. October. With Seager’s HR last night, he is now tied for 5th (19) for the most postseason HRs. Only Derek Jeter has more (20) as a shortstop.

With Adolis Garcia out for the remainder of the series, Seager leads the team in HRs and SLG%. He already has three home runs in this World Series, and I think today’s matchup presents a good matchup as he is 7 for 22 in his career against Gallen.

Evan Carter is another left-handed bat with some value here with HR Props. He is 5th on the team in SLG% and leads the team in doubles, so there is some real pop in his bat. Carter’s best game of the World Series came against Gallen back in game 1 as he went 2 for 3 with two doubles.

Marcus Semien may be the unsung hero of this Ranger team. Semien had 29 home runs during the regular season and was a main run producer in this explosive offense. He has at least one hit in every game of the World Series and hit his first HR of the postseason last night.

I like for Semien to carry over that momentum in tonight’s game, as he has had a lot of success against Gallen in his career. Over 11 at-bats, he is batting .455 with two doubles and only two strikeouts.
