Max Scherzer Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-105)

Mad Max is no stranger to the World Series or pitching against National League teams. He has a lot of experience against this Diamondbacks lineup; of the five players with at least eight at-bats against Scherzer, he has a 30% strikeout rate or better against four. He started his career in Arizona, and it would be fitting for him to perform well against a team that gave up on him.

Brandon Pfaadt Over 13.5 Outs Record (-115)

It comes full circle for Brandon Pfaadt. In the first big game of his career, he made his MLB debut against the Rangers, where he got shelved for seven earned. In his most recent big game, he pitched against them in the World Series. The regular season numbers look awful, but he's flipped it in the playoffs, as the Diamondbacks are 4-0 in his starts and he has a 2.70 ERA. He can give them an excellent outing in the desert in a pitcher-friendlier ballpark.

Ketel Marte Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110)

Marte is on one of the best runs of the playoffs. With his hit in Game 2, his 18-game hitting streak in the playoffs is a new MLB record (four of those games are in 2017). He got a big hit in the bottom of the eighth with a two-RBI single that started the five-run innings to seal the win, and he’ll look to keep that momentum going through the World Series.
