Denver Broncos @ Buffalo Bills

The Bills are having a tough season. They've played close games and have even lost to lesser opponents. It looks like every game will be important in a competitive AFC East. It's more than likely that after this season, there will be some major changes.

Meanwhile, for the Broncos, the offense has been much better under Sean Payton, going from last in points scored in 2022 to 15th this year. However, the defense has been awful, as they're allowing the most points per game this season. The Bills are top six in scoring offense and defense, but the Broncos are coming off an impressive win against the Chiefs. However, that was at home against a team they had just seen. We all know how tough it is to play in Orchard Park.

The Broncos are getting demolished by the run, allowing the most rushing yards and the second-most yards per carry. The Broncos haven't seen many rushing attempts from quarterbacks, but Justin Fields is the only highly-mobile quarterback they've faced. Josh Allen will take any play breakdown or opportunity to run for the first down. He started the season not running as much, but he's picked it up with seven or more carries in three straight.

Dalton Kincaid has become the newest sensation in this Buffalo offense. He's been the TE1 for a short time, but he's making his impact with 23 catches for 221 yards and a touchdown in his last three games. The Broncos have been torched by tight ends all season, allowing the most receiving yards to the position.

NBA Best Bets

Washington Wizards @ Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have played nine games this season. In all nine games, they've got one thing in common. They've hit the first field goal in all of them. Although Toronto has only attempted the game's first field goal in 44% of games and won the tip in 56% of games, the Raptors continue to score first at a ridiculous pace.

Meanwhile, the Raptors will face a Washington Wizards team that has struggled to win the tip. The Wizards have won the tip in 13% of games. They've also hit the first field goal in only 38% of games despite taking the game's first field goal in 50% of games this season.

Therefore, the Raptors have the advantage of winning the tip and scoring first. They've been super efficient early, and that likely won't change against the Wizards.

So far, Pascal Siakam has hit the most first baskets for Toronto this season, but he's only taken 22% of the team's first field goal attempts. Scottie Barnes has taken the first shot attempt in more games than Siakam this season. You can't go wrong with either player, but Barnes has the better value here.

Bet: Scottie Barnes (+650

NHL Best Bets

Colorado Avalanche @ Seattle Kraken

The Avalanche have dropped three of their last four. These losses were terrible, and they were outscored by 14 in those three games. You hope Alexander Georgiev can improve because he's allowed 16 goals in his last three outings and a .811 save percentage.

This is an excellent opportunity for Georgiev to rebound by going to Seattle, who's struggling on offense to start the season. They're 28th in goals scored per game and 26th in goals scored above expected. This isn't going to be a top offense, even at their peak, but players like Jared McCann, who led the team with 70 points last year, are struggling. However, they finally have a healthy Jaden Schwartz, who has eight goals to start the year.

You can't ignore that Colorado has some of the best forwards, with Mikko Rantanen, who has 19 points, Nathan MacKinnon, who has 15, and defenseman Cale Makar, who has 16. This offense can push them to a win.

Pick: Avalanche 60 Minute Moneyline (+100)
