NFL Best Bets

Philadelphia Eagles @ Seattle Seahawks
- Leg 1: Over 45 Total Points (-110)
- Leg 2: A.J. Brown Over 79.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Leg 3: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-125)
The Eagles have now dropped back-to-back games and, as a result, have moved down to the third seed in the conference, meaning they could get only one game at home in the playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Seahawks are collapsing as they have lost four straight and are fighting for a playoff spot. The offense has struggled recently; Geno Smith missed last week with a groin injury, but they haven't been any better with him, as they've scored below 20 points in three of these last four losses. Seattle gets a better defensive matchup after facing the 49ers twice, the Cowboys and the Rams. If Smith plays, he gets a Philadelphia defense that is 28th in points allowed per game, but Seattle hasn't been much better.
A.J. Brown is having another stellar season as he comes into today with the second-most receiving yards in the NFL and has seven games with over 110. The Seahawksâ secondary is banged up, with Jamal Adams and Devin Witherspoon both hit with the questionable tag. It could be huge trouble if they miss this game, but even with them playing, the Seahawks are 24th in passing yards allowed and have allowed the sixth-most yards gained per pass attempt.
The Eagles' pass defense has not been any better, as they are 27th in passing yards allowed. Jaxon Smith-Njigba has seen his role increase with 11 catches in the last two games, the best back-to-back performances of his rookie season. The struggling secondary will be missing one of their starters, Darius Slay, which means a tougher task covering D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, which could leave âJSNâ more favorable matchups.

NBA Best Bets
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Dallas Mavericks @ Denver Nuggets
The Dallas Mavericks have struggled to win the tip this season, adding just 36% of tip wins. Despite that, the Mavericks have still scored the first field goal in 56% of games.
However, they'll take on a Nuggets team that has won the tip in 52% of games. With that, Denver has added the first field goal in 59% of games. Denver is just as consistent as Dallas regarding the first field goal. However, it's more likely that the Nuggets win the tip and shoot the ball first. With that, Denver has a higher probability of scoring first.
The Nuggets will likely start their usual five. Therefore, Nikola Jokic stands out the most. Jokic has taken the team's first field goal in 46% of games and has scored the team's first field goal in 42% of games. In 26 starts, Jokic has added the first field goal in 11 games this season.
Take Jokic here.
Bet: Nikola Jokic (+400)

Minnesota Wild @ Pittsburgh Penguins
On any given night, you don't know which Penguins team you'll see. The largest inconsistency has come from the offense that features a group of future Hall of Famers. They have now dipped below three goals per game, and in five of their last seven, they have scored just one goal and are coming off a brutal 7-0 loss to the Maple Leafs.
The Wild have played three games in five days, two of which resulted in shootouts, but the good news is they won each of them. The goaltending tandem of Filip Gustavsson and Marc-Andre Fleury has not been as effective as last year, but Gustavsson has vastly improved by allowing two or fewer goals in seven straight.
The Penguins get another tough goalie and you can't trust this offense at the moment. The Wild are not a very good offense, and I like Tristian Jarry to rebound. Even without the hook, you should go with the under.
Pick: Under 6 Total Goals (-108)
