Top 3 NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Friday (12/23)

It was another clean sweep for us on Wednesday, going 3-0 ATS as we continue to claw our way away (positively) from .500. After just two games on Thursday, we return Friday with a full slate of NBA action to get involved in.

Let’s take a closer look at the three spots I’m laying coin on.

YTD Record: 43-38-3 ATS

Top 3 NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Friday (12/23)

1. Bucks vs. Nets -3 (-110)

In what could very well be a preview of the Eastern Conference Championship, the Bucks visit Brooklyn tonight looking for their second win vs. the Nets this season. Already without Khris Middleton, the Bucks might be without Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is dealing with a knee injury.

One of the hottest teams in the league has now won nine of their last 10 (and seven straight). I like for the Nets to care more about this one and get the job done.

2. Raptors vs. Cavaliers -4 (-110)

Despite dealing with some injury woes ahead of this one, I still think the Cavs have some value heading into this matchup. These aren’t your typical Raptors, who you would expect to remain competitive despite injuries of their own.

Instead, this team has now lost eight of their last nine games, with their win on Wednesday (113-106 at New York) just their first since Dec. 7. Riding the momentum of a five-game win streak, look for the Cavs to make it six straight while covering in the process.

3. Pacers +7 (-110) vs. Heat

While they haven’t always converted to wins, the Pacers have been playing hard in games this month, having not lost by more than six points since a Dec. 9 matchup vs. Washington. The last time we saw them on the court Wednesday, the Pacers beat a tough Boston team on the road 117-112, as they now head south for a matchup vs. Miami.

For the Heat, a four-game win streak was stopped on Tuesday, losing 103-113 to the Bulls as two-point favorites. With both Jimmy Butler (illness) and Kyle Lowry (knee) on the fence for this one, I like for the Pacers to once again be able to keep it close.
