NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Friday (2/24)
We got through more than 150 games as of the All-Star break, going 57% and turning a profit as two-thirds of the season is now wrapped up. With about 25 now remaining for most teams, we look to continue to turn a profit down the stretch as teams position for playoff (and NBA Draft) positioning.
- YTD Record: 82-65-5 ATS

Fridayâs Best NBA Bets
(All odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Knicks vs. Wizards
For the third time this season, the Knicks and Wizards will square off, splitting the series thus far 1-1 (1-1 ATS). The last time these two went at it was on January 18th at MSG, a 116-105 win for the Wizards just before their wheels fell off down the stretch in January.
Currently sitting in the last confirmed spot (6th) in the Eastern Conference playoffs, the Knicks went into the break on a three-game winning streak, and with blood in the water nearby in Brooklyn, expect a surge here to start the final stretch for the Knicks. Facing a Wizards team that likely falls apart down the stretch, I like them to roll here.
Bet: Knicks +2.5 (-110)
Cavaliers vs. Hawks
Winning eight of 10 heading into the All-Star break, the Cavaliers will look to continue that momentum that saw them get as high as the 4th seed as of today. For the Hawks, currently in the 8th seed, the start of the year has been less than desirable, sitting two games below .500 as the final few months of the season looms.
Now largely healthy for the first time since the start of the season, the Hawks should have back a motivated Trae Young and John Collins for this run down the stretch. Look for them to get out to a strong start on that campaign starting Friday night in Atlanta.
Bet: Hawks -2 (-110)
Thunder vs. Suns
Speaking of teams likely motivated to get back on the right track, the Suns saw a 2022 lead of the Western Conference slip through their fingers to start the fiscal year. Their last 10 to end before the break saw that momentum shift back to the Valley of the Sun, however, winning seven of 10 on the way to picking up superstar Kevin Durant.
With Durant expected in the lineup as early as next week, expect the Suns to start playing high-level basketball once again starting Friday.
Bet: Suns -7 (-110)
