Top 3 NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Monday (12/26)
We finished the week on Friday with another winning day, going 2-1 to round out a fantastic betting week. After a busy Christmas Day, we now turn our attention to a jam-packed Monday with seven games starting at 7:00 PM.
Let’s look at the three spots I’m on.

Top 3 NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Monday (12/26)
1. Nets +2 (-110) vs. Cavaliers
In what might end up being an Eastern Conference Championship playoff preview, the red hot Nets head to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers. For the Nets, Kyrie Iriving makes his return to the city he brought a championship on the heels of eight straight wins, as this team is finally starting to hit it’s potential.
The Cavs should have something to say about that streak, however, as they come into this one having won five of their past six. While I expect a close game early, I expect another couple wins from the Nets starts here to close out 2022 later this week.
2. Timberwolves +3 (-110) vs. Heat
Just 3-14 ATS at home this season, the Heat have yet to find the switch they usually do by this point in this season. Their most recent play has produced two straight losses, losing outright as favorites in both while failing to score more than 108 points in either one.
The Timberwolves also have lost two straight, though they were underdogs in both against two of the league’s best in Dallas and Boston. Still with one of the league’s best offenses shooting 49% from the field, I like for Minnesota to get this one done on the road.
3. Jazz vs. Spurs – Over 235 (-110)
This season has already been one to forget for this Spurs team, who comes into this game having lost four of five in just their latest slide. Defense continues to be an issue for Coach Pop, whose team has now allowed 126 or more in four of those losses.
Facing the Jazz, that should be an issue, as they come in with the league’s #4 offense now scoring 117 points per game. Withy Kelly Olynk out for the Jazz with an ankle injury, that should open up the Spurs’ offense.
I like for a high-scoring affair in this one, as the Jazz likely grind out a win in what turns into a shootout type of game.
