NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (2/15)
We started the week in the red on Monday, going 1-2 ATS following a late-game collapse from the Rockets and Wizards. Even still, we adjust and move on to Wednesday, as we look to bounce back in a big way with three games Iâm dialed in on for tonightâs slate.
- YTD Record: 80-64-5 ATS

Today's Best NBA Bets
Let's take a closer look.
Spurs vs. Hornets
The Spurs continue to search for their first win since January 17th, but they took a step in the right direction on Monday, hanging close with the Cavaliers and covering as 16-point underdogs. We were on them then, and weâre going back to them tonight, as they take on a Hornets team much worse than Cleveland, but still at an inflated number.
On Wednesday, the Hornets outlasted the Hawks 144-138 at home to pick up their first win in seven games. Just 1-6 ATS over that span, the Hornets have struggled to do anything in the way of generating offense, and I believe Wednesdayâs showcase was more of an anomaly than the new norm.
Look for the Spurs to again keep this one close, and be in the mix late to pull off the outright win.
Bet: Spurs +7 (-110)
Cavaliers vs. 76ers
The Cavaliersâ run continued on Wednesday, picking up their eighth straight win but failing to cover for the first time since it started. Beating up on the likes of the Wizards, Pistons, Pelicans, and Spurs over the past couple of weeks, theyâll now meet their match with the Eastern Conference favorites 76ers.
Despite being questionable going into each of their last two games, big man Joel Embiid continues to see the court, helping Philly now win their past three straight (3-0 ATS). In what could very well end up being an Eastern Conference Finals matchup, I like for the home 76ers to have enough to pull this one out and end the Cavaliersâ run at eight.
Bet: 76ers -2.5 (-110)
Mavericks vs. Nuggets
Now 0-2 since acquiring Kyrie Irving in exchange for their future, the Mavericks have ground to a halt as their defensive woes continue to plague them. They should get a boost tonight in the return of All-Star Luka Doncic, although playing in altitude in Denver wonât be easy in his first game back.
I think therein lies the edge, not to mention a Nuggets team that is surging head into the All-Star break. Winning three of their past four (3-1 ATS), the Nuggets have now covered seven of 10 and I think they do it again here.
Bet: Nuggets -5.5 (-110)
