Top 3 NBA Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (11/2)

We keep our head above water following a Monday slate where we went 2-1, losing only the Grizzlies game after a late Desmond Bane scratch just before tip. Now, our attention turns to Wednesday, as we’re back with a full slate following just four games on Tuesday.

Let’s take a closer look at the three games I’m dialed in on for hump day.

YTD Record: 10-7-1 ATS

1. Hawks +2.5 -110 at DK Sportsbook

The Hawks and Knicks will square off for the first time this season, having split their last eight games exactly down the middle. The last time we saw the Hawks come to town back in March, Trae Young exploded for 45 points on the night, while Bogdan Bogdanovic scored another 32 off the bench.

While Bogdanovic has yet to play this season with a knee injury, the Hawks have welcomed Dejounte Murray into the mix, as the chemistry still continues to form.

For the Knicks, their former trade target Donovan Mitchell got the best of them their last time on the court, as the Cavaliers beat them 121-108 to hand New York their second straight loss. Also off of two straight losses, I like for Ice Trae to lead the Hawks to victory in this one, as the league’s #4 FG% team gets hot at MSG.

2. Clippers -5 | -110 at DK Sportsbook

The Clippers might not be good this season, but they’re not as bad as this Rockets team has already shown to be. These two last played a snoozer of a game on Monday, with the Clippers winning 95-93 despite John Wall missing the game (rest). Now, the two-game series heads to Houston, where the Rockets will play just their third game this season.

With Wall expected back this one, I like for the Clippers to get out to an early start, as the Rockets fold early and pack this one before another road trip starting on Saturday.

3. Grizzlies -2 | -110 at DK Sportsbook

We lost with the Grizzlies on Monday but I’m going straight back to them in this spot on the road at Portland. With the loss, the Grizzlies sunk to #4 in the league with 118.1 points per game, still an elite offense led by NBA All-Star Ja Morant.

A large part of the loss, Desmond Bane missed the game with ankle soreness but is expected to be back for this one in Portland.

One of the biggest surprises of the early season is the 5-1 start of the Trail Blazers. Led by Dame Lillard who is once again playing out of his mind on a nightly basis, Portland isn’t doing anything great, but consistent across the board. Now, however, they must move forward without Lillard (calf), as well as Gary Payton II. Look for the wheels to start coming off accordingly.
