NBA Parlay for Monday February 7th, 2022
The first full week of February is here in the NBA with All-Star weekend just around the corner. While that weekend often signals the start of the home stretch, wins now are just as important as they are in March for teams jockeying for position in the standings.
Let’s take a look at tonight’s slate.

Leg #1. Heat -6.5 | -105 at DK Sportsbook
This will be No. 5 of a six-game road trip for the Heat, who are 2-2 over their first four. In their 104-86 blowout of the Hornets on Saturday, most of their starters were able to rest in the fourth quarter which should translate well in this one.
For the home Wizards, they’ll once again be without star guard Bradley Beal, who has missed three straight games due to a sore left wrist. With Kyle Lowry now back in the lineup as of Thursday, I like for the Heat to take advantage in the backcourt tonight and to run away with this one early.
Leg #2. Hornets ML| +105 at DK Sportsbook
Two teams heading in opposite directions will square off tonight in Charlotte as the Hornets look to snap a 4-game slide while the Raptors hope to extend a five-game streak. For the Hornets, revenge will certainly be top of mind as this Raptors team beat them in Toronto on January 25th 125-113 in a game that started a 30+ point historic run for the Raptor’s Gary Trent Jr.
Even despite their current slide in which their shooting has gone ice cold, the Hornets are still #2 in the league in points per game at 113.6. I expect a strong performance in this one and for the Hornets to regress back to who they truly are; one of the best offensive teams in the NBA.
Leg #3. Suns -8 | -110 at DK Sportsbook
One of the teams those Raptors recently knocked off was the Bulls, who lost that game in overtime before bouncing back the night after at Indiana. While I think they’ll certainly be fine long-term in the East, they face a daunting task in this one as they’ll be playing their fourth game in five nights and draw the best teams in the league.
A night after having their second-longest win streak of the season snapped by the Hawks on Thursday, the Suns bounced back to route the Wizards while at one point late holding a 34-point lead. Look for another streak to continue to build tonight in Chicago.
