Monday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook | This Season: 8-10 (-1.45 units)

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 41.5 Points + Rebounds (-115)

The last time Antetokounmpo stepped on the floor, he scored 40 points and pulled down 15 rebounds. In his last five games, he’s scored at least 35 points four times and recorded at least 10 rebounds in all but one game.

Against the third-worst scoring defense in the NBA, Antetokounmpo will continue to have success scoring and rebounding. The Wizards are allowing 122.9 points per game and have allowed 109 points in three games during their current four-game winning streak. The only way Antetokounmpo doesn’t hit this over is if the Bucks dominate this game and he sits for the fourth quarter. However, with how the Wizards are currently playing, we don’t see that happening.

LaMelo Ball Under 26.5 Points (-115)

Over his last seven games, Ball has averaged 31.3 points per game. He’s scored more than 30 in back-to-back games and in five of his last seven contests. Yet, on the season, Ball is averaging just 24.4 points per game, and against the second-best scoring defense in the NBA, he will revert to his average tonight.

The Celtics are allowing just 105.5 points per game. Ball is coming off a 34-point performance against the best-scoring defense in the league, but he also made eight three-pointers in that game. The Celtics allow opponents to make just 34.8% of their shots from deep. Ball has also found ways to score inside the arc this season. However, the Celtics are allowing their opponents to make just 43.5% of their shots from the field, the second-best mark in the NBA. Ball will struggle no matter where he tries to shoot from tonight.

Kawhi Leonard Over 23.5 Points (-115)

Kawhi Leonard scored 26 in Friday’s win over the Houston Rockets. It marked just his second 20-point game in six attempts. Despite his scoring struggles, Leonard is still averaging 21.0 points per game, and he has a great matchup tonight against the Spurs.

The Spurs are allowing a league-worst 124.2 points per game. They’ve allowed at least 114 points in every contest, meaning that all of the Clippers’ scorers will have opportunities tonight. In the six games in which the Clippers have scored more than 110 points, Leonard has topped 20 five times. Though this number still requires him to go a little beyond 20, this is a perfect matchup to have a big night.
