Tuesday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook | This Season: 9-12 (-2.75 units)

Shaedon Sharpe Over 18.5 Points (-110)

In his last four games, Sharpe has scored 17 or fewer points. In his last six, he's scored 18 or fewer five times. In the only game where he went over 18, he scored 19. Yet, even with low totals, we like him to go over his total tonight. The main reason is the minutes we expect him to play.

Over his last four games, Sharpe's minutes have been all over the place. He's played as many as 41 and as few as 24. However, when the Portland Trail Blazers play in an In-Season Tournament Game, Sharpe's minutes go up. When they play a regular game, his numbers go down. In tournament games, Sharpe is averaging just under 19 points per game, and he's scored at least 17 in each.

Clint Capela 12+ Points (+135)

Capela scored 17 in his last game, but he's averaging just 10.2 points per game this season. Before his 17-point performance, he scored eight or fewer points in five consecutive games. But he gets a fantastic matchup tonight, which is why we don't just suggest taking his over but also taking this alt line, which offers a more favorable price.

The Indiana Pacers have the third-worst scoring defense in the NBA. They're allowing 123.8 per contest, with 62.7 of those points per game coming in the paint. Capela is averaging 8.5 points per game in the paint. That's over 80% of his points.

LeBron James Under 7.5 Assists (-115)

LeBron has recorded at least eight assists in three consecutive games. On Nov. 15, he set a season-high with 12 assists against the Sacramento Kings. Yet, even with those great numbers over the last three games, LeBron is still only averaging 6.5 assists per game. He went seven consecutive games before his current three-game stretch with seven or fewer assists.

The Utah Jazz are allowing 27.3 assists and 122 points per game. Even with those poor defensive numbers, LeBron should revert to his average tonight. Additionally, he's listed as a game-time decision. If he plays, he will likely be on the court for fewer minutes than usual.
