Tuesday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

This Season: 14-19 (-4.71 units)

Kevin Durant Over 6.5 Rebounds (-125)

The price for this prop is as high as -135 depending on which sportsbook you look at. Durant has four or fewer rebounds in his past three games, combining for just 10 boards during that stretch. Yet, oddsmakers are so confident in this Over that they’re offering a very enticing price for the Under. Anyone who is betting just based on recent trends will love getting this for +115 or better. But Durant will go over tonight.

Durant averages 6.4 rebounds per game. Before his past three games, he had pulled down at least seven rebounds in six of his previous nine games. The Lakers are right in the middle of the pack in terms of rebounds allowed per game, and they’re shooting 48.7% from the floor. While both of those numbers work against Durant, the fishiness of this number makes it a must-play.

Quentin Grimes Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+145)

Grimes has been dreadful shooting from the floor in his past six games. During that stretch, he’s combined for just 16 points. He’s shooting 5-27 from the field and 4-20 from beyond the arc. Yet, tonight, sportsbooks are asking -150 for him to go over 5.5 points. That’s something he’s done just once in six games.

Grimes averages 2.2 made field goals per game and 1.7 of those have been from deep. Though he hasn’t made a three-pointer in two games, nearly 84% of his attempted shots are from deep. Rather than paying an astronomical price for the over for his total points, pay this great price for him to make at least two three-pointers.

Julius Randle Over 5.5 Assists (+145)

Randle has been dishing out assists at an extremely high rate over his last bunch of games. He has at least eight assists in each of his past two games to bring his average to 5.5 per game this season.

When someone goes over their average in multiple games, it’s sometimes best to fade them. However, Randle faces a team that allows the seventh-most assists per game this season. Over his past 14 games, Randle has recorded fewer than five assists only three times. So, even if he has an off-night, his floor is essentially five. However, the price for Randle to record five assists is as high as -160. For this price, we recommend taking the extra assist in a favorable matchup.
