NBA Player Prop Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Monday (4/1)

Only two weeks remain in the NBA regular season, as teams make the final push for the postseason. Tonight, there will be six games, including the Phoenix Suns vs. New Orleans Pelicans, which will be nationally televised on NBA TV. How will Bradley Beal fare from beyond the three-point line in that game? How will Dejounte Murray shoot against the Chicago Bulls? And how will Jaren Jackson Jr. rebound from his four-point performance on Saturday?

Below are the three best NBA player props for Monday, April 1.

Monday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook | This Season: 49-64 (-17.76 units)

Dejounte Murray Over 3.5 Three-Pointers Made (-105)

Dejounte Murray has faced the Bulls twice this season. He’s knocked down two three-pointers in each game. With him averaging just 2.6 makes per contest, it’s surprising to see this number so high. However, based on how Murray shot in March, this makes sense.

He averaged 3.9 made three-pointers per game, attempting more than 10 per contest. The Bulls allow the second-most points off three-pointers of any team in the NBA. Murray has attempted at least eight three-pointers in 13 consecutive games. If he does that tonight against the Bulls’ defense he will clear this number with ease.

Bradley Beal Under 1.5 Three-Pointers Made (-115)

Bradley Beal has knocked down three three-pointers in back-to-back games. Despite those solid performances, he finished March averaging 1.8 makes and 4.3 attempts per game. This is because in five of his six games before his current stretch of good shooting, he made just one three-pointer.

Beal has only faced the Pelicans one time this season. In that game, he finished 1-of-4 from beyond the arc. That game was also played in New Orleans, so it’s not like Beal will have a distinct advantage tonight when he steps into the Smoothie King Center. It would be nice if the price were better but we expect Beal to cool off tonight no matter what.

Jaren Jackson Jr. 25+ Points (+120)

Taking Jaren Jackson Jr. to go over his standard total offers very little value tonight. Sportsbooks are offering over 22.5 and 23.5 for prices between -120 and -135. Therefore, we recommend playing this alt-line.

Jackson hasn’t faced the Pistons since December 6th. In that game, he scored 24 points. Considering how poorly he’s been shooting, we expect him to look to break out of his slump against the worst team in the NBA. He’s scored 17 or fewer points in three consecutive games. He put up just four points against the Orlando Magic on Saturday. Before that stretch, though, he scored 25+ points in three consecutive contests.
