Saturday's Best NBA Player Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Cam Thomas Over 22.5 Points (-104)
It's been a rough run for the Nets recently, as they have dropped five straight. Tonight, they head to Madison Square Garden to face the Knicks. The Knicks are playing better lately, winning four of their last five. This team is still missing some key players, including Julius Randle and OG Anunoby. This will be a significant advantage for the Nets, and they have a great backcourt to help them compete. Cam Thomas has been sensational since returning from injury, averaging 25.7 points in his last seven games. The lack of defensive depth should help Thomas put up points.
DeMar DeRozan Under 23.5 Points (-118)
The Bulls have been playing much better recently and are 7-5 in their last 12, with wins against Indiana, Golden State, Sacramento and Cleveland. Those are some good wins, but Boston is playing on another level. They own the best record and are second in defensive rating. DeMar DeRozan is getting a significantly large total for this matchup, and he's gone under this number in three of the last four. Boston is allowing the fourth-fewest points to small forwards this year.
Clint Capela Over 24.5 Points + Rebounds (-104)
Every game is important for the Hawks, who are hanging onto the 10th seed and are 4.5 games up on the Nets. They get a favorable matchup against the Hornets, who have lost three straight and eight of their last 10. Clint Cappella has been a double-double machine for Atlanta, recording one in six of his previous seven games. This is an excellent opportunity for him, as the Hornets allow the second most-rebounds and fourth-most points to centers.
