NBA Player Prop Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Saturday (12/10)

With the NBA season in full swing, we have a few games to choose from today. Below are our favorite player prop bet picks for Saturday’s slate of NBA games.

Tyler Herro OVER 20.5 Points (-106)

The Heat have played inconsistently throughout the season as they sit just below .500. They want to be a defensive-minded unit, but they need some offense to balance it, but sitting at 24th in adjusted offensive ratings has hurt them.

They get a favorable opponent to put up some points on in the Spurs, who are the worst-rated defense in the league, allowing the most points and the highest field goal percentage.

Tyler Herro’s point total is set relatively low for this type of opponent, and he has hit this over in 55% of his games. He’ll see a lot of Tre Jones, who’s allowing a 50.7 field goal percentage as the prime defender.

Jayson Tatum OVER 33.5 Points/Rebounds/Assists (-122)

Tonight we have a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals.

This year these teams have looked very different. The Celtics have dominated this season as they hold the top seed in the East, but they’ve been getting it done thanks to their offense, not last season’s No. 1 defense.

The Warriors have not played like a defending champion this season but they’re playing much better recently. While their offense has played well, they sit near the bottom of the league defensively and that balance they had last year is not there right now.

Tatum is playing on another level this season and is getting early MVP buzz. Neither team is nearly as good defensively as last season, and we’re going to see a high-scoring game. Tatum is over 33 on his combo prop in 22 of 25 games this season.

Damian Lillard OVER 7.5 Assists (-115)

It’s another year where the Trail Blazers are living in NBA purgatory. They will always will good enough to make the playoffs, but they don’t have the collection of talent to go far.

This was supposed to be the year the Timberwolves took it to the next level and became a top-tier team. It hasn’t happened, as they’ve suffered a few extended losing streaks this season.

Even with Rudy Gobert, this team lacks an aggressive defensive presence. They allow their opponents to move the ball with the third-most assists per game and the ninth-most to point guard. Great spot for Lilliard to get some dimes.
