NBA Player Prop Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (10/23)

We have a big slate on the first Sunday of the season. Let’s look at a few great props to grab for today.

Brandon Ingram over 22.5 (-108)

The Pelicans’ playoff appearance last year got fans excited for this team, and so far, they have not disappointed. They’re coming into Sunday with 127.0 points per game, and Brandon Ingram leads the team with 28.0 PPG.

The turnover of this Utah roster is especially prevalent on the defensive end. They’re 19th in points allowed per game and 17th in shooting percentage. The Jazz is 0.5 better in points per game than the Pelicans, meaning this has the making of a high-scoring matchup and Ingram being a major factor.

Deandre Ayton has under 9.5 rebounds (+108)

The Suns have played some close games, with both being decided by two points. One part of their game that’s struggled is their ability to win on the boards, and they’re 22nd in total rebounds per game.

The Clippers have Ivan Zubic in the frontcourt, and he’s been cleaning up with 17.0 rebounds per game, with the team third total rebounds allowed. I will lean with Zubiac against Deandre Ayton, and the plus money under is a great value to take.

Andrew Wiggins over 1.5 threes made (-136)

The champs were surprisingly taken down at home against a Denver team they beat in the playoffs last year. They’ll continue their home stretch but get the struggling Kings that come in with two losses.

Sacramento hasn’t made the playoffs in a decade and a half and still has some time before they make a postseason run. This season, they’ve been getting burned by the three and are 25% in opponent three-point percentage. The juice isn’t good enough to take Curry in this matchup, but I love Wiggins getting two from behind the arc tonight.
