Best NBA Player Prop Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (12/28)

There are a couple of NBA games tonight. That means player prop betting. Player prop betting is simple, pick a stat or combination of stats. Rebounds, points or assists, then bet the player to go over or under that stat.

Let us look at the top player prop bets tonight.

Atlanta Hawks vs. Brooklyn Nets

Both of these teams are strong offensively and weak defensively. Typically, that will result in a higher-scoring game. That means bettors need to look for players who can score quickly. One player who can score is Kevin Durant.

Durant is one of the top scorers in the NBA. He averages 30 points per game. Durant also has had an increased usage rate over the last couple of games. Those two components make Durant a top candidate to score against the Hawks tonight.

Kevin Durant Over 27.5 Points (-120)

Miami Heat  vs. Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers were looking like a good team until Anthony Davis got hurt. Once he got hurt, the Lakers lost their best scorer and rebounder. That leaves the team in the hands of Lebron James to do the rest.

Lebron has been the King of the NBA for a long time, and he can still score. He averages 27.8 points per game. Without any other great scoring options, Lebron should get all the scoring opportunities tonight. There is plenty of upside to betting on Lebron tonight. Just keep an eye on his playing status because he is day-to-day.

Lebron James Over 30.5 Points (-105)

Sacramento Kings vs. Denver Nuggets

One of my favorite players this year is Keegan Murray. Murray was great to watch in college and has silently been able to score in the NBA. He has not been putting up insane numbers, but there has been betting value this season.

Murray averages 11.9 points per game. That number has steadily been climbing over the last couple of weeks. The Nuggets are good defensively. Due to their defense, the Kings will have to lean on other players outside of De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis to score. Tonight is an opportunity for Murray to sneak some points.

Keegan Murray Over 12.5 Points (-110)
