NBA Player Prop Bet Picks & Predictions: Thursday (12/19)
Welcome to a 13-game Thursday NBA slate. After Milwaukee won the NBA Cup on Tuesday and the league took a day off yesterday, we are back with a jam-packed slate this evening. It's been a great season so far and I hope we continue that trend tonight.
As always, monitor injury news and lineup announcements. The best way to stay sharp regarding NBA player props is by staying on top of the news. The second-best way is to shop around at different books. Player props rarely have identical odds across platforms, so make sure you're getting the best value. Let's get to it.

Thursday's Best NBA Player Prop Bets
Last Time: 3-3 | Season: 61-40
Dalton Knecht Over 10.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-105 on ESPN Bet)
After some incredible performances in November, Dalton Knecht has cooled down a bit in his play. Averaging 24 minutes a game on the season, those minutes are down to 21 in the last five games. But that's due to positive regression. It only takes one performance to have a ceiling output.
If you're going to bet the over, I'd recommend some alts as Knecht is due for another performance considering he's averaging over 10 points a game alone this season with a handful of rebounds and assists to go along with it. The Kings are in a slight pace-up spot. with Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis questionable there should be a lot more opportunity for Knecht to go over this combo prop tonight.
Jalen Suggs Under 30.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-120 on BetMGM)
With the over/under only set at 209 going against the best-ranked defense in the league, it makes sense this number is so juiced, but I'm still comfortable riding the under. Not only are the Thunder one of, if not, the best defenses in the league. but they are limiting point guards to the lowest scoring rate on the season.
Despite impressive recent performances, averaging 20 points a game over the last couple of weeks, Suggs still has only put up 16 points a night on the season. I expect him to come back down to earth here in this tough matchup. I project him closer to 23 in this combo prop, so there is a lot of value in the under.
Miles Bridges Over 23.5 Points + Rebounds (-120 on DraftKings Sportsbook)
It's been tough to gage the Hornets after LaMelo Ball missed time and now Brandon Miller is questionable with an ankle injury. Miles Bridges also missed some time but now he's back and averaging 19 points over his last couple games. In his 13 games, it's a little bit lower, around 17 points a night, with seven boards, which puts him right on the line for going over his combo prop given the matchup.
I get that Charlotte’s offense isn't the most high-powered but taking overs against Washington is one of the best strategies I've had this season. I'm not going to stop now. The Wizards are the second-worst defense in the league, the fourth-fastest-paced team and one of the worst rebounding teams in the league. Expect Bridges to sail over his prop here.
