Scottie Barnes 6+ Assists (+140)
Scottie Barnes gets a rematch against the Wizards after playing just 27 minutes against them on Saturday. In that game, he managed only four assists, which is part of the reason why his total for tonight is set at just five. But I'm not going to put too much emphasis on his one performance against the Wizards. Instead, I'm looking at what he and the Wizards have done throughout the entire season.
Barnes is averaging 6.1 assists per game, which ranks 19th in the league. The Wizards are allowing 28.5 assists per contest, which is the sixth-most in the NBA. Barnes hasn't recorded more than four assists in either of his games against the Wizards, but he's also played well below his average of 34.3 minutes in both games. Additionally, he's dished out six assists in three of his last six games. Look for him to finally take advantage of this favorable matchup.
Coby White Under 3.5 Made Three-Pointers (-110)
Last Thursday, Coby White knocked down seven three-pointers against the Orlando Magic. However, he followed up that performance with an 0-for-8 game against the Miami Heat on Saturday. He's made three or fewer three-pointers in eight of his last 11 games. He faces the team allowing the sixth-fewest three-pointers in the NBA this season tonight.
White has already faced the Pacers three times this season, knocking down four three-pointers in two of those contests. He's yet to make fewer than three threes against them this season. Yet, White has also shot 33.3% or worse from long-range against the Pacers in two of his three games. That means he's going to need to put up a lot of shots to hit this over. Coming off one of his worst shooting performances of the season, I don't trust White in what is a tough matchup.
Kevin Durant 35+ Points + Rebounds (+135)
Kevin Durant's standard line for this combo prop for tonight's game is over 31.5, but that total comes with a very hefty price tag. Therefore, I recommend taking this alt line, which presents better odds and is still very likely to happen. This season, Durant is averaging 26.8 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. But against the Grizzlies, he's been even better. On February 25th, he went for 26 and eight against them, just two weeks after going for 34 and three. In his first game against the Grizzlies, Durant scored 29 and pulled down 10 rebounds.
The Grizzlies have been a great matchup for Durant. Considering they rank 25th in points allowed per game, it's hard not to love Durant to go over his season average in scoring. When you consider Durant has pulled down at least nine rebounds in three of his last four games, it's hard not to love this combo prop.
