NBA Player Props Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Friday (11/3)

With the NBA in-season tournament getting underway, it adds a little excitement to player prop betting, doesn’t it?

Remember, it’s a long NBA season. Don’t bet your entire paycheck on any single prop, even if it’s incredible value. With the season just getting underway, there will be a lot of learning about each team and players’ usage, but that’s all part of the fun. Finally, remember to monitor injury news, as being on top of players playing or not is a sharp way to make some money before lines adjust.

Here are my NBA player prop bets for tonight’s action.

Friday’s NBA Best Player Prop Bets

All bets are one unit unless specified otherwise | Last Time: 3-2 & Season: 13-7

Ziaire Williams Under 16.5 Pts + Ast + Reb (-120 via DraftKings Sportsbook)

If you’ve read my previous articles, you know I’ve picked my spots on fading Ziaire Williams successfully so far and will continue to do so until it backfires.

Memphis has truly struggled so far, with an 0-5 record to begin the year. Not great, Bob. Facing off against Portland tonight, I don’t expect much to be different with a 218.5-point total, despite the Grizzlies actually being slight favorites.

Portland has quietly had the 12th best-rated defense so far, and that has been playing four of their five games on the road. In a big pace-down spot for Memphis. The opportunities will be infrequent, and with how the Grizzlies have been playing, it will continue to be easy betting the under on their player props.

Stephen Curry Over 38.5 Pts + Ast + Reb (-115 via DraftKings Sportsbook)

At some point, betting on the stars and letting them shine is a solid betting strategy.

During the Warriors’ four-game winning streak, Stephen Curry has done some things, posting 42 points at New Orleans on Monday. He’s been consistent otherwise, averaging five boards and nearly four assists a game.

This line is simply too low. With any extra stakes, albeit small, added to a game, you can expect more usage out of stars like Curry. It’s a great spot, too. Oklahoma City has allowed the sixth-most points to point guards this year and the fourth-most three pointers made. This is a perfect opportunity for a pace-up spot and cover the combo prop.

Brook Lopez Over 14.5 Pts + Reb (-125 via DraftKings Sportsbook)

After playing just over 16 minutes last game, the response in the market has overcorrected, and now Brook Lopez’s points-rebounds sit too low.

In three of his four games, Lopez has scored double-digits and gone over 14.5 points and rebounds. When he’s out there, he’s being used. The Knicks have allowed the most threes to centers so far this year, so if you’d rather bet Lopez’ made threes over, go ahead as well.

Of course, Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo take large slices of the usage pie, but that just leaves betting value for Lopez.
