NBA Player Props Bet Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (1/24)

Welcome to an eight-game NBA Wednesday slate. After another sweep last Friday, we continue this successful season together.

Rememeber to monitor injury news and shop around for the best odds available. There are a decent number of questionable tags, and keeping up to the second on injury news is a great way to stay sharp in the long term as a sports bettor. Numbers can change in an instant, so make sure to get that sweet, sweet closing line value.

Here are my best NBA player props for today, Wednesday, Jan. 24.

Wednesday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Unless specified, each bet will be for a single unit | Last Time: 3-0 | Season: 80-54

Bam Adebayo Under 37.5 Pts + Ast + Reb (-115 via FanDuel Sportsbook)

In one of the lowest totals I’ve seen in a while around 212, I am drooling at finding an under prop to bet. Bam Adebayo, will you please stand up? With Memphis owning a top-10 defense and Miami playing at home with one of the slowest paces in the league, there’s a chance neither team eclipses 100 points tonight. The Heat are not great on the glass, and I simply don’t see there being enough possessions for Adebayo to reach this combo prop.

Luguentz Dort Over 12.5 Pts + Ast (-105 via ESPN BET)

Alternatively, with a total above 240, I am finding whatever over prop I can for Oklahoma City as a seven-point favorite, and I have fallen on none other than Luguentz Dort. The temptation will be to bet Shai Gilgeous-Alexander or Chet Holmgren, but the value lies here. Dort has already averaged over 11 points a game on the year, and in a high-paced affair with a top-five offense against a bottom-five defense, he should get his fill. At near-even odds, there is some solid value offered as well.

Miles Bridges Under 32.5 Pts + Reb (-115 via DraftKings Sportsbook)

If you’ve read any of my articles, you know how much I love the BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet. Alternatively called the Holy Grail of prop betting, the Sheet is an incredible option to bolster all your betting methods with the NBA and beyond. Miles Bridges is projected closer to 27 on this combo prop and is given a 75% chance of hitting the under. He’s only exceeded this number in three of his last 15 games. While it’s tempting to bet against Detroit, I will fade the Charlotte forward here.

Bradley Beal Over 1.5 3pts (+135 via DraftKings Sportsbook)

Let’s finish with a little fun, shall we? This is a longer prop relative to the market, but there is still solid value here. Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are both questionable tonight, which would help the cause, but I still like this prop here either way. Bradley Beal attempts around four three-pointers a game, and that number has jumped in the last couple of weeks. The opportunity will be there in a big pace-up spot for Phoenix, so I’m ready to roll the dice.
