NBA Player Props Bet Picks & Predictions: Friday (11/22)
We've hit the ground running this NBA season and we're well on our way to a profitable year. But I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch. The group play of the NBA Cup has kicked off and group play continues Friday tonight across an eight-game slate before we head into the weekend.
As always, monitor injury news and lineup announcements. The best way to stay sharp regarding NBA player props is by staying on top of the news. The second-best way is to shop around at different sportsbooks. Player props rarely have identical odds across platforms, so make sure you're getting the best value. Let's get to it.

Fridayâs Best NBA Player Prop Bets
Last Time: 3-0 | Season: 39-27 | Odds courtesy of BetMGM
Jrue Holiday Over 20.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-120)
How about backing Jrue Holiday as a 15-point favorite with the Celtics in Washington to kick off the betting slate? The Wizards have found themselves in the cellar of NBA defensive metrics and are the fifth fastest-paced team. I'm tempted to bet all five Celtics starters to go over their combined Points + Assists + Rebounds props, but Holiday offers the best value.
In his first game back from injury, Holiday went 11/5/4 against Cleveland. Those numbers fall below his seasonal averages and he still played regular minutes with a normal usage rate. It doesn't make any sense why this line sits where it is as I'd project it out closer to 24 or 25. I don't feel like I have to convince you much to take overs against Washington, but this is an especially valuable prop, so get on it quickly before the line moves.
Tyrese Haliburton Over 16.5 Points (-110)
As we continue with overs, I have to target the other game that sits with a total north of 235, as the Pacers take on the Bucks in Milwaukee. The Bucks may rank in the middle of the pack in defense and pace of play but they have been especially weak against opposing point guards, who have scored at the fourth-highest rate in the NBA when facing Milwaukee.
The Iowa State product has averaged over 15 points a game on the season, but after coming off a four-point effort at Houston on Wednesday, this prop has been brought down. This is a perfect spot to buy the dip, as Tyrese Haliburton has tallied 16+ points in four of his previous five games.
Zach LaVine Over 26.5 Points + Assists (-115)
Three overs in one day? Consider it an early holiday gift. I've discussed some high-end totals on this slate but Atlanta-Chicago takes the cake coming in around 242. These are the single two fastest teams in the NBA both with bottom-10 defenses. It's going to be quite an entertaining game.
Pure opportunity alone should push Zach LaVine over his expected totals. He's scored 25 and 27 in his last two games and is averaging 22 on the season with four assists per game. Chicago should be scoring at a high clip and Atlanta allows the most points to opposing small forwards. I know LaVine is more of a guard-forward but the point still stands. I'm buying all the overs here and feeling good about it.
