NBA Player Props Bet Picks & Predictions: Friday (2/23)
After starting the season with a 12-game banger, we run it right back with another double-digit NBA slate heading into the weekend. For those who tailed before the All-Star Break, thank you. It's been a solid ride so far, so let's keep it going after the break.
As always, monitor injury news and lineup announcements. The best way to stay sharp when it comes to NBA player props is by staying on top of the news.
In any case, let's get into it

Fridayâs Best NBA Player Prop Bets
Unless specified otherwise, each bet will be a single unit | Last Time: 4-2 | Season: 106-73
Giannis Antetokunmpo Under 45.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-105 via ESPN Bet)
I'm not crazy about jumping on the unders for Giannis Antetokunmpo right after the All-Star break. Still, there's something in the water in Milwaukee, and I'm happy to take the under against the Timberwolves.
I'm guessing this number will fall as we get closer to the game, so jump on it early. Minnesota owns the single-best defense in the league and offers a big pace-down spot. So even if Antetokunmpo gets lucky, hauling in extra boards against the sixth-ranked rebounding team in the league, I don't see how he will tally enough possessions to get there on this combo prop.
RJ Barrett Under 3.5 Assists (+124 via DraftKings Sportsbook)
I try my best to add in a plus-money prop, and this one is simply too high of value. For sports betting, you have to incorporate some simple plus-EV bets, even if they don't have a high percentage of happening. In Atlanta, anything can happen, with a total of around 246.
Still, RJ Barrett has averaged under three assists a game on the season and is coming off a seven-assist game last night. Of course, this number will be inflated, and the temptation will be to take the over. Don't let recency bias obstruct your vision, and join me on the under.
Vince Williams Jr. Over 17.5 Points + Assists (-105 via ESPN Bet)
After going over this combo prop in 12 of his last 15 games, it's a bit surprising to see this number so low. Sure, I don't expect Vince Williams Jr. to score 18 points a game consistently as he did before the All-Star Break, but this is still a good number to get in on.
He has recorded seven-plus assists in each of his last five games and scored double-digits in 16 straight. He may be due for some mild regression, but he's been quite consistent, and I feel confident in this line.
